Pen to Paper - First Day of Spring 2008

Forecast calls for 2 inches of snow. Happy spring to all! [Update: It's the morning after I wrote this post and I was way off. They're now calling for 5-9 inches of snow.]

Just a reminder - my site is up:

A Couple of Things

Hi there! This is a sketch I'm working on that will ultimately be a 3-d multimedia piece that I will either sell or put into a closet somewhere. So you're better off buying it. Once it's finished. If you're wondering why she has so many boobs maybe you should ask yourself this? Why are you sexist?

Second bit of unimportant news (I have problems with hating what I do): My website is up....kinda.

I don't have much for new stuff and if you're reading this you probably have already seen or even own all my work because I have forced it on you when I moved but it's all I got so far. There is nothing for sale yet in the store but I plan on having fairly affordable prints there soon. What do you think is a good price for a print? They're going to be printed with pigment ink on good paper which means that it will last until you or your parrot dies. So please tell your friends with money and are into girls with more than 2 boobs (Total Recall fans included!) that my site is up.

And third thing is I'll be back in Louisville April 10th. See you then.

Beatles Music: The Musical!

I saw Across the Universe yesterday. I really don't want to waste your time or mine with movie reviews on this thing because God knows there's enough of that on the world wide web. But as my friend Leonard put perfectly in his soft spoken, British accent, "It seemed a bit contrived."

Well soft-spokenly said Leonard. Now if you will excuse me, Dr. 90210 is on.

Things I did at work to make $ for my employer

I made this bust of a guy wearing earphones from a ball of Super Sculpey, an eraser and a paperclip. I've been making things out of this same ball of super sculpey for about 8 months now. My friend Hatuey tells me that Super Sculpey is toxic and I shouldn't play with it everyday. Well I say to him this: If it's so toxic, then how come my urine is a healthy, clouded orange color with red swirls?

I was going to call this Star of David but...I probably won't. It looks like Pizza the Hut from Space Balls.

Pen to Paper

I drew this girl from a school catalogue. I don’t think she had her eyes closed I just kept f’ing up the eyes.
