New stuff (sort of) which is really just old stuff that I scanned and colored recently. Needed to add some sequential to my portfolio even though the story in this is pretty nonsensical. It really has nothing to do with the show. It's a great show though. This is some lazy shit I admit. I'll get around to something good soon enough.

Some new shoes I just completed for a young lady in England. Hope she likes them. On one foot it has a wombat puking up bolts and screws and on the other foot it shows a raccoon sitting on top of a little jet and a plane falling and blowing up on the back.

Got Beth's shoes in the mail today and they actually fit so I'm going to be working on those for the next few days. Should be fun because they are slip-ons. More surface area to work on.

Custom Vans - Raccoon and Bolts

Some new shoes I'm working on. Just getting started. Another wombat just because I liked the first one so much. He's puking up pink bolts. On the other shoe is a raccoon on top of a 737. You can't see in the picture but on the back of the shoe is a plane burning and falling apart.

Beth and I went out she picked out a bag she wants me to paint. I'll post pics once I start on it. I think bags will take more time than the shoes but I'm excited. I think they will look good. I'm going to do one of my storm cloud guys over a neighborhood or something like that. Still sketching it out.

Custom Shoes

Thanks for everyone who asked about the shoes. The response has been encouraging to say the least. Someone I know (I haven't figured out yet) submitted them to notcot and I've been getting requests from all over the place.

So for now I am in the business of making shoes. As of this post I'm charging $100 US plus shipping. Once I get caught up on email orders I'll start putting stuff up on etsy. But for now you can tell me what size you want or what kind of Vans (slip-on or classics).

So please feel free to contact me with questions and/or orders. I'll be sure to post pics of every new piece I work on.

Custom Vans

So I spent some time painting these classic canvas Vans for Beth's birthday and it was totally the wrong size. When I snuck a peek at one of her shoes I seemed to have glanced at the Men's size and so bought a shoe that was about 2 sizes two small. But it's okay. I'm willing to part ways with these and start working on new ones.

Now they are for sale. The shoes in the pictures are woman's size 7 and brand new. On one of the shoes is a wombat puking up exclamation points and on the other foot you'll be sporting a fashionable bush baby holding an airplane with some airplanes flying around her.

So if are looking for some original, wearable Sean Fransis artwork...This is the one and only piece available at the time of writing this post. Be the primero!

I don't have much for new stuff and if you're reading this you probably have already seen or even own all my work because I have forced it on you when I moved but it's all I got so far. There is nothing for sale yet in the store but I plan on having fairly affordable prints there soon. What do you think is a good price for a print? They're going to be printed with pigment ink on good paper which means that it will last until you or your parrot dies. So please tell your friends with money and are into girls with more than 2 boobs (Total Recall fans included!) that my site is up.
